RASFF issues this week

There have been multiple RASFF issues this week including phenylbutazone in horsemeat from the UK, multiple notifications for excess monacolin K in supplements, more Salmonella in chicken from Poland, heavy metals and fish, and several alerts around attempts to illegally import groundnuts and peanut butter from Ghana and one for too high content of sulphite (372 mg/kg - ppm!!) in mango jam from Pakistan.
