FDA and FSIS recalls this week

Tillamook Country Smoker, LLC, a Bay City, Ore. establishment, is recalling approximately 102 pounds of ready-to-eat beef jerky products due to misbranding, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced. The beef jerky products may contain monosodium glutamate (MSG) that is not declared on the finished product labels.
