Colorado Firm Recalls Beef Products Due To Possible E. coli O157:H7 Contamination
The USDA's FSIS has announced that JBS Swift Beef Company, a Greeley, Colo., establishment is recalling approximately 41,280 pounds of beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The problem was discovered through FSIS microbiological sampling and an investigation into the distribution of other products.
