Nuffield Farming Lecture 2018
July was a very busy month for me especially with my involvement as Chair of the organising committee for the inaurgural Nuffield Farming Lecture 2018.
Professor Winter's report "Changing Food Cultures: challenges and opportunities for UK Agriculture" gives an excellent overview of issues connected with food and the farmer, and how British Farmers could be proactive in helping to create a new food culture which nourishes and sustains health and wellbeing. It is well worth a read and can be found here.
There are online videos from the lecture in three sizes:
Farmers and supply chain: check out the case studies for embedding nutrition as a pre-requisite in food supply.
Academia: add to your reading lists as "go to sources" in the next academic year.
