FDA and FSIS recalls this week

Demakes Enterprises, Inc., a Lynn, Mass. establishment, is recalling approximately 32,228 pounds of fully cooked chicken sausage product due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced. The product contains milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.
