FDA and FSIS recalls this week

Versa Marketing Inc. of Fresno, CA is recalling 4,089 cases of Fusia Szechuan Stir fry because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Gourmet Classic Salads, Inc., a Lake Wales, Fla. establishment, is recalling approximately 3,236 pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced.
