Bagged Spinach Recalled Over Salmonella Fears

Food Poison Blog reports that Ippolito Fruit and Produce Ltd. is recalling an unknown volume of bagged spinach because of possible salmonella contamination.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Ippolito Fruit and Produce Ltd., are warning the public not to consume the Frisco's, Queen Victoria and Metro brands spinach described below because they may be contaminated with Salmonella. These products have been distributed in Ontario and Quebec. These products may also have been distributed to other provinces.
