Birds Eye Withdraws Frozen Bolognese, Shepherd’s Pie and Lasagne Due to Horse Meat Investigation

As a precautionary measure, Birds Eye is withdrawing the  three beef products from Ireland that were made for Birds Eye by Frigilunch N.V. , Belgium (B999EC). This follows the detection of 2% horse DNA in a chilli con carne product made at Frigilunch for Birds Eye and sold only in Belgium.
