Waitrose recalls a date code of Waitrose Channel Island Hazelnut Yogurt due to a packaging error resulting in incorrect allergen information

Almonds and walnuts have been added as ingredients to this product in error. They are not declared on the label. This poses a public health risk to those allergic or sensitive to those nuts.
