Waitrose recalls one batch of its own-brand Belgian Plain Chocolate due to the presence of undeclared hazelnuts resulting in incorrect allergen information. Due to the accidental inclusion of hazelnuts, which were not an intentional ingredient in the recipe, the product presents a potential health risk for people who are allergic to hazelnuts as the packaging does not list hazelnuts as an ingredient.
