California Firm Recalls Beef Products Produced without Inspection

Bobby Salazar’s Mexican Foods, a Fowler, Calif., establishment, is recalling approximately 2,560 pounds of chopped beef products produced without the benefit of federal inspection, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has announced.
