Michigan Firm Recalls Teriyaki Flavored Beef and Poultry Products Due To Mislabeling and an Undeclared Allergen

Tri City Cheese and Meats, Inc., a Kawkawlin, Mich. establishment, is recalling approximately 87 pounds of Teriyaki Flavor kippered turkey and beef products because they contain wheat and soya, which are not noted on the label. Wheat and soy are both known allergens.
