Mc Carren & Co. Ltd. Withdraws Certain Batches of Cooked Ham Due to Possible Contamination (Update 1)

Further to food alert notification 2011.10, an additional two batches of Mc Carren’s cooked ham are implicated. As a precautionary measure, Mc Carren & Co. Ltd. is initiating a withdrawal of certain batches of cooked ham, due to potential processing errors which may lead to microbial contamination. Mc Carren & Co. Ltd. is contacting their customers to advise them of this withdrawal. No other products are known to be affected. No action is required by official agencies.
