New York Firm Recalls Bologna Products Due To a Processing Deviation and Possible Contamination with Staphylococcus aureus Enterotoxin

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has announced that Zweigle's Inc., a Rochester, N.Y., establishment, is recalling approximately 2,997 pounds of bologna products that may be contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin.
