The affected product, Freddo brand 70% cocoa Extra Fine Dark Chocolate Squares, are sold in 140 g packages bearing lot #210256 (along with a time stamp) and UPC 0 65362 12351 4. This product has been distributed in Quebec. There has been 1 reported illness associated with the consumption of this product. Consumption of this product may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to milk.
