CERTAIN PROCESS CHEESE SLICE PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN LISTERIA MONOCYTOGENES

The public warning issued on December 2, 2010 has been updated to identify the correct best before date for one product. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Saputo Inc. are warning the public and food service institutions, such as restaurants, hospitals and nursing homes, not to serve or consume the process cheese slice products described below because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
