California Firm Recalls Teriyaki Beef Jerky Products Due To Mislabeling and an Undeclared Allergen

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has announced that Bach Cúc Beef Jerky, Inc., a South El Monte, Calif., establishment, is recalling approximately 3,874 pounds of teriyaki beef jerky products because they contain an undeclared allergen, wheat.
