CERTAIN SANDWICH PRODUCTS PREPARED BY APFL, PEI MAY CONTAIN LISTERIA MONOCYTOGENES

The public warning issued on November 16, 2010 has been expanded to include additional products. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Atlantic Prepared Food Limited (APFL, Establishment number 514) are warning the public not to consume four further products because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. This recall is being initiated as these sandwiches contain processed cheese slices recalled by Saputo Inc., Montreal, Quebec. The investigation is ongoing. Follow the link to find out more.
