CERTAIN MEAT PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN E. Coli O157:H7 BACTERIA

The CFIA alert issued on November 9, 2010 has been expanded to include additional retailers and products. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is warning the public not to consume certain meat products because these products may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7.
