Lundys Fine Foods' sausages relabelled in Northern Ireland

The UK FSA has issued an allergy alert to confirm that Lundys Fine Foods is relabeling its sausages in Northern Ireland because they contain sulphur dioxide, which is not mentioned on the label. This makes the product a possible health risk for anyone with a milk allergy or intolerance. The Agency has issued an Allergy Alert advising anyone with sensitivity to sulphur dioxide not to eat these sausages. Lundys Fine Foods has contacted all its customers and is producing stickers to relabel any remaining product with the correct allergen information.
