HAPPYTOT Stage 4 and HAPPYBABY Stage 1 & Stage 2 Pouch Meals - Recall

The US FDA has issued a press release to confirm that Nurture, Inc. and FDA have notified healthcare professionals of a recall of selected varieties and date codes of HAPPYTOT Stage 4 and HAPPYBABY Stage 1 and Stage 2 pouch meals with date codes expiring between November 2010 and January 2011, due to a packaging defect that could cause a possible bacterial contamination.
