CERTAIN SLICED READY-TO-EAT DELI MEATS MAY CONTAIN LISTERIA MONOCYTOGENES - EXPANDED ALERT

The public warning issued on September 1, 2009 has been expanded to include one additional product. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Delstar Foods Inc. are warning the public not to consume sliced ready-to-eat deli meats because the products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
