PRODUCT IN WONG WING VEGETABLE EGG ROLL PACKAGES MAY CONTAIN UNDECLARED SESAME

The CFIA has issued a further public warning to the one issued on August 1, 2009 which has been expanded to include additional information on product distribution. In addition to Quebec and Ontario, the affected product was sold in Alberta, British Columbia and the Atlantic provinces. Wong Wing is warning people with sesame allergies not to consume product contained in 680 gram Wong Wing VEGETABLE Egg Roll packages with UPC Number 0 69459 01104 3 and production lot code A0219. The product may contain sesame not declared in the ingredient list on the package.
