Sainsbury's recalles breaded ham due to undeclared allergen

The UK Food Standards Agency has issued an allergy alert to confirm that Sainsbury's has withdrawn one date code of Sainsbury's Taste the Difference British Yorkshire Breaded Ham. This is due to a labelling error resulting in the presence of undeclared egg and gluten (wheat). A number of packs of Sainsbury's Taste the Difference British Yorkshire Breaded Ham contain egg and gluten (wheat). The presence of egg and gluten (wheat) is not declared on the packaging and therefore may be a potential risk to health for people allergic to egg and/or gluten (wheat).
