Worsbrough Mill products withdrawn due to incorrect allergen information

Worsbrough Mill has withdrawn various packs of flour, bran, semolina, bread mix and oats because of incorrect allergen information. The products don’t mention the presence of cereals containing gluten (some products contain wheat, others barley), which means they are a possible health risk for anyone with a relevant allergy or intolerance. The product contains hydrolyzed wheat protein, a known allergen which is not declared on the product label.

Cloverdale Foods Company, a Mandan, ND, establishment, is recalling approximately 5,208 pounds of beef and pork jalapeño cheddar bratwurst product due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced. The product was incorrectly labeled as beef frankfurters and contains milk, a known allergen which is not declared on the product label.

Casey's Bakery Inc. of Sioux Center, Iowa is voluntarily recalling all Snickers 8x8 cakes produced prior November 14, 2015, because the cakes contain undeclared peanuts.
